Information you choose to provide

You can browse without providing a name or email address. An enquiry may include your name, work email, organisation, team, workflow or research need, and other information you choose to include.

The enquiry outline stays in the open page’s memory. It clears when you reload or leave the page. The website prepares a draft for you to copy or open in your own email application. The enquiry reaches Creswell only when you send it to researchdesk@creswell.solutions.

How Creswell uses enquiry information

Creswell uses enquiry information to respond, understand your needs, assess fit, manage related communications and business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Enquiry information is not used to make autonomous decisions or carry out autonomous outreach, submissions, purchases or commercial commitments.

Email delivery and service providers

When you send an enquiry, your email provider and Creswell’s email services process the message. Keep confidential, sensitive, personal or regulated information out of your initial enquiry. Creswell uses enquiry information for the purposes described here and does not sell it.

Retention and deletion

Creswell retains enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records and satisfy applicable legal obligations. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified, subject to legal requirements and legitimate record-preservation needs.

Website technology

This enquiry interface does not save your draft in browser storage, send it to a server or add advertising pixels, third-party forms, automatic scheduling or CRM integrations. Hosting providers may process technical request information and website usage information to deliver, secure and operate the site. Their handling of that information is separate from the enquiry you choose to email.

Client portal access is arranged during onboarding. Portal data handling is addressed separately for that service; this notice describes the public website and initial enquiry.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing researchdesk@creswell.solutions. Creswell considers requests in light of applicable law and any information it must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.
