For teams inside larger organisations

Better workflows.
Built around your team.

Creswell helps teams improve recurring work through scoped services and tools designed around the people doing the job.

Start with one workflow. Agree on scope and fee before work begins.

Different industries. Familiar friction.

Start where the work repeats.

Research starts from scratch.

Give a recurring decision a defined research brief, with sources, gaps and next steps kept together.

The same data needs fixing again.

Explore a scoped tool for agreed field mappings and exception review, so the team can assess a consistent output.

Handoffs lose the context.

Define the inputs, owner and review point together, so the next person knows what the work is for.

How Creswell works

One defined improvement.
A relationship that can grow.

  1. Understand the work

Your team brings a task and the friction around it. Creswell works with the person who knows the process.

  2. Agree on a useful scope

We define the service or proposed tool, inputs, limits, fee and review criteria before commitment.

  3. Prepare, review, improve

Creswell prepares the agreed work. Your team reviews the result and decides whether to use it or scope a next step.

We prepare and recommend. You decide and act.

Your client portal

A shared place for the work.

Bring requests, progress and completed work into one workspace. Your team’s access is arranged during onboarding.

Prepare a request

Save a draft, provide the required inputs and review the request before submitting.

Follow the work

See the current stage, requests for your input and what is ready for review.

Review the outcome

Download released files, request a revision and record acceptance through the designated team member.

One concrete example · Research Desk

A cited account brief.

For a sales or proposal team: organise public evidence around an account decision, with open questions and a recommended next move.

Can the portal support other workflows?

We can scope additional services and bespoke tools around your team’s work. For example, a data-standardisation tool could apply agreed field mappings and flag exceptions for review. Tools and integrations are agreed as part of the engagement.

Bespoke workflow development · scoped separately

Designed with the employee who will use it.

A Creswell tool development specialist can scope a desk-side workflow session: work through the real task with its user, identify friction and design a tool around the job.

The session format and any on-site attendance are agreed during scoping. Discovery does not commit either side to a build.

  1. Discovery: understand the steps, inputs and handoffs with the employee.
  2. Proposal: agree what the tool should do, its limits and how the team will review it.
  3. Commissioned build: develop and review only the work agreed in the SOW.

A useful fit

A team problem. An owner. A path to funding.

For smaller teams within enterprise organisations: the leaders, operators and employees responsible for recurring work.

Bring a recurring task, someone who knows how it works and a sponsor who can consider paid, scoped work. You do not need a technical specification.

Do we need a finished specification or approved budget?

No finished specification is needed. A workflow owner and a credible path to organisational sponsorship are a useful start. If funding or ownership is unclear, say so: Creswell reviews fit before proposing work.

What is available now?

Account research and proposal support are current Research Desk services. The client portal gives your team a shared place to submit requests, follow progress and review completed work. Access is arranged during onboarding. Other workflow services and bespoke tools are scoped around your needs.

How are scope and price agreed?

Pricing is scope-based. Deliverables, inputs, fee, timing, review requirements and commercial terms are set out in the SOW before work begins. Ongoing work can be discussed once a recurring need is clear.

What happens after the enquiry?

Creswell reviews fit and follows up by email to clarify the need and arrange a scoping conversation. Preparing an enquiry does not book a meeting or commit you to an assignment.
